Ever since I updated to v3.136, I get the cannot access temp folder. Now on 3.137 you changed it to a UAC issue/msg. For me it is not though. If I run as admin, I still get the error, the new uac msg. I have clrmame installed in T:\emulators\cmpro\ (not a protected folder). I tried installing another copy to another folder on the T drive, same problem.

I cannot start clrmame again until after I reboot, then I can start it once. If I close it again, I cannot reopen until I reboot. I've already looked in my task manager, it's not already running or anything. I am running win7 32bit.

Well, the issue magically went away after trying to run as admin a few times, went back to not running as admin like I normally run it and it's working fine.

On start, clrmame tries to remove and create its temporary folder. If this does not work it is a sign that you installed it into an UAC protected folder (and that prompt tells you to run it as admin).
That is one reason...
another is simple and most likely common, too: The folder is locked by the OS for some reason. In this case there might be a not deletable file inside the folder...maybe after some reboot it will work fine. In this case you don't need to run it as admin.
