some stuff for devs..

UI:
- fixed: scanner/rebuiler, xml wasn't reparsed/reloaded even when it was touched during the use of clrmame
- fixed: dir2dat log window context menu action don't work
- added: log preserve and clear options

Core:
- misc: warn about not unique machine names and rename them (name_1, name_2, ...) during parsing
- added: settings.xml "/Settings/StrictUniqueNames" element option to abort scan/rebuild when not unique machine names (or identical rom/disk names with different hashes) were found, default is false
- added: identical rom/disk names with different hashes warnings added to softwarelist/sl collection parsing
