hmm....I can't get it to delete any folder....and actually it should not remove any folder (even if empty) which is named after the set (and the set got chds).

Maybe you did not have all sets/systems enabled (see line right beside scanner tree window's set information button...does it list something like "not all systems/sets enabled"?)

No, there's no text to the right of the "Set Information" Button.  Give me a day or so and I'll take a quick video of me creating the directories and running a scan so you can see exactly what I'm talking about.

Afterwards, I'm going to revert back to 4.02 and see if the same issue happens.  It didn't before upgrading to 4.03a.
