Hi all! Welcome me to the community, and I hope to ask my first question: Has anyone else found that horror games actually help them relax? I know it sounds strange, but facing the jump scares in a controlled environment actually calms my anxiety. Anyway, does anyone else find relaxation in fear?

What do you guys think about the five nights at freddy's  games?
