 * Created two flags, -hlsl_ini_write and -hlsl_ini_read. The former

 * Fixed disappearing aperture effect when using custom INI files.
 * Fixed diagonal seam on some games, for serious real this time
 * Fixed phosphor simulation, now works as expected
