I've stumbled on a small bug. Not sure if it's just in 4.041 or earlier, but definitely in 4.041.

Using the Download All (with Rebuild Download Folder After Download checked) feature, if it hits a set that it cannot download and stops, after the rebuild, I go to Set Information and uncheck the problem set and then Download All again. It appears to try to download the same ROM again (as it's still in the scanner list) and will fail on the first set it tries to download. Once it's failed again and rebuilt, this time the ROM I unchecked is not shown and the Download All feature works fine again - until the next ROM that's missing.
Obviously you can get around this issue with another Scan after unchecking the set, but I think this is not what was intended.

This leads me onto my related feature request. Can you please add a setting to "Ignore Download Errors" so if you have a large list of missing ROMs it will download all that are available at the URL selected and just skip over the ones that are not available.
You still have the option to "Cancel" if you have mis-typed the URL.

I can confirm that Download All now stops when you click Cancel (or when it's finished the entire remaining sets - not stopping when there are download warnings). Excellent!
