I found a copy of the file you're looking for. (Was trying to get street fighter alpha 3 upper to work on mame), but for me it says incorrect length. Hopefully you can use it

Hi — the missing 315-6301.ic11 for Cleopatra Fortune Plus is likely an undumped or rare ROM. Check older or unofficial ROM collections, or ask other emulator communities. Without it, the game may not run fully in MAME.
