Apparently, back in 2002, Namco did a test run of a game called "Idol Game" (アイドルゲーム). It was a prototype to the much more well-known THE iDOLM@STER, released in 2005 (which reminds me, I don't think THE iDOLM@STER is dumped either). I've never played any of the games, so I'm no expert, but apparently, some of the idols were either renamed or removed completely from prototype to official, though the girls that were removed were reintroduced in later games.

By the way, the arcade system is listed as "Chihiro?" but I think one of the pages I linked to says it uses the same one as Dragon Chronicle, which is Namco System 246.
