This is the first time in trying out MAME+XT. I was previously using MAMEui64 and wanted to try out other interfaces.
Issue I'm having is that it will not save my settings (Font, color, Background, etc). In the folders file there are configuration files for Artwork, Category, Catlist, Command, Favs, Genre, Manuals, Mature, Movies, Multimonitor, version). Is there suppose to be a save file in there for the interface?

I also do not have an ini folder. Looks as if I'm missing the save file???

If you let the program exit properly after first run, the ini folder (and contents) will be created

IE if you terminate the program from Task-manager, wont work.

I have been exiting through file/Exit. I re-installed, changed some settings and exited and it's not creating an ini folder. Any other ideas . Thanks.

Well ok then,
I will admit I have not confirmed 'the above' with the 64 bit build..
I have x64 OS'es but have no time to boot over ATM.

The program needs to create a folder & file in a system protected region so UAC blocking that ??
You could try making sure you are running program with elevated privileges.

OR move whole MAME Plus! XT folder to elsewhere.. then try from there
