Yesterday i discovered that in my CHDS folder i have two empty subfolder (soulcl2a, tekken4b) and ClrMAME Pro don't show this as unneeded.
I do something wrong? can you add this check to CMpro?

Well, the problem is that the folder names represent valid setnames (in this case valid names for chd folders). I've improved the dupe checker to see such things, too for the next version, i.e. if it finds more than 2 instances (romset + chdfolder) of a game, it will warn you.
