This game isn't in MAME and I can only find one mention of the arcade version on Google.

However, it definitely did exist and was released in 1984. It was also released on the C64 in 1985.

I know this because I owned a working board which I had in a converted Moon Alien cocktail cabinet. I sold it quite a few years ago to an individual who insisted they were going to dump and release it. After so many years, I decided to search and see if they kept their promise - sadly it seems they did not.
