ok...it seems related to a too small memoryfile buffer....which results in long mem-reorganization when hitting a huge zip file.....

Am having exactly the same problem where it has been stuck on an .avi file while rebuilding the atari lynx no intro set.

And where exactly is the problem?
I load the dat with the lynx header support enabled, put the avi in a folder which is used as rebuilder source, rebuilder destination is somewhere else...hit rebuild...and...it happens what I expected, the avi file is skipped and the rebuild is done in less than a second.

So....please give me a clue about the actual issue...
