Uhm.. hai attivato l'identd su miRC?
File -> Options -> Connect -> Identd -> Spunta Enable Identd server
Mettici la UserID, spunta Show Identd requests & Enable only when connecting

Se hai Fastweb (:0102:), la cosa si fa + dura, perche' potrebbe essere stato
bannato il tuo NAT a causa di un abuso da parte di qualche imbecille.  :0092:
