If you're planning to bring a carry-on bag, be sure to check the size restrictions carefully. Spirit Airlines allows carry-on bags that measure up to 22 x 18 x 10 inches (including wheels and handles). If your bag exceeds these dimensions, you'll have to check it and pay the appropriate fee.

For checked baggage, Spirit Airlines allows bags that weigh up to 40 pounds and measure up to 62 linear inches (length + width + height). Additional fees apply for bags that exceed these limits, as well as for overweight and oversized bags.
