Well, the forum got some spam protection which is annoying, yes. Usually you can easily 'fix' it by logging out and relogging in.
And if it says "session time out while posting" you can simply hit the post button again.
I can't change it since I'm not the owner of the board.

I've added your requests to my list.....

Now i have try to set my login time to 1 Day instead of use "Ever"

In this mode i need to relogin every time but i hope i can use the board better.......

In this mode it's impossible to stay here for me

The forum it's unusable.... why ?? I can't post reply... nothing obtain ever error... or session timeout of enable java script or similar.... why ?

I want to made this reply.. but i can't:
It's my idea to add some feature i found really usefull from previous and "old" clrmamepro:

- After you have a complete scanner on old clrmamepro you can hide the CHD files from result. It's usefull for me because i have a lot of rom missing the CHD to prevent space on my HD (all of this is part of "not working" games).

- Another usefull feature for me it's export the files name reported as issue without any addictional information. For example now i can extract this:

This it's usefull if you need to know the exact files you need to fix....  whit current exported info if you have a lot of missing chd you have the check entire file list.

The rebuilder got a backup path on its own which needs to be specified.

by the way, there is not really a need to use the rebuilder. If a missing file is listed as fixable, scanner's fix option will automatically pick the file it found somewhere and adds it to your rompath. If you really have missing files and already have a folder somewhere which holds newly colltected update files, you can specify an add path.

mmmm.. strange and very interesting.  it's strange because previously i had set the backup path there. lol Strange now it's works

Anyway, I've been working on it a bit in these hours and I seem to have come to understand how it works correctly.

Apparently after some test i have double check my personal collection with this scanner and the scanner on Clrmamepro and everything seems ok.

What is still perhaps useful is the scanning of the "Avail. Sets" (from "Set Information" tab" this -> https://ibb.co/2gvH9yC ) in clrmamepro. Because with this scanner you can found if in your collection you missing some clone or some parent or if you need to update some bios.
I still find this feature and this specific type of scanning convenient.... whit the new clrmameui can be replicated in some ways ?

Ciao amici devo farvi questa domanda.....

Pochi minuti fa ero venuto qua sul forum per postare una domanda riguardate l'uso del clrmameUI.
Mi sono loggato ma quando andavo a creare il thread mi andava in errore ed usciva un'avvio che diceva tipo:
Cleantalk <il mio indirizzo di mail associato al mio precedente nickname> non esiste o qualcosa del genere.


Ho provato più volte a controllare le opzioni del mio account e il mio indirizzo mail funziona quindi forse il dominio che ho sempre usato è stato inserito in una spam list?
Nello specifico trattasi di @libero.it

Vabbè ora il problema........ il mio vecchio nick era Ovviamente @DjDiabolik

Ora come potete vedere ho ricreato e mi sono registrato con un nuovo utente @DjDiabolik2.0.....

Ho cambiato la mia mail cambiando da @libero.it ad un mio account @gmail.com e mi diceva che avrei dovuto ricevere l'email di conferma ma non mi arrivava nulla.

Ora ok.... posso continuare ad utilizzare questo come username però l'altro resterà morto.......

Eventualmente è possibile richiedere di controllare quel username ?

Per assurdo e anche in privato se qualche admin interverviene gli posso fornire l'indirizzo settato per cui non ho ricevuto conferma..... molto probabilmente qualcosa è andato storto perchè poi ho potuto utilizzare lo stesso indirizzo per registrare questo nuovo username...

Grazie in anticipo per l'aiuto.

Inoltre ogni qual volta si prova a far qualcosa esce irrimediabilmente questo messaggio di errore:

clrmame Discussion / FAIL to use newest Scanner and Rebuilder after current release 0.272. Help req..

Therefore.
I see a new mame 0.272 it's released. And i go to update my personal collection of mame titles and i ever used (i thinks in correct ways) clrmamepro.

Today i have try to use the newest Scanner and Rebuilder.

First of all i have used the scanner whit my collection:
- add folder "D:\Emulatori\MAME\Roms"
- set a Backup Folder
- Add mame.exe path
- Click on "New Scan"

After about 30 seconds (it's very much speed respect the clrmamepro scanner.... omg it's obtain a very large xml files whit entire result.
It's be saved on "D:\Emulatori\MAME\Tools\clrmame_007_014\scans\27a5041a-listxml.xml"

For the UI i see i can filter the view.... i have selected only "Partly Wrong" and i have exported the list on clipboard to obtain a txt whit detail and my missing file and obtain somethings like this:

After this i have downloaded all missing files....... and i will try pass to use rebuilder.
- Copied all downloaded files in a folder:
D:\Emulatori\MAME\Tools\clrmame_007_014\Rebuilt. Add this path on "Input path"

- Set the output path on "D:\Emulatori\MAME\RomsTest"

And click on Start. But it's nothings append. On log it's appear an error.. it's say somethings similar:

But i have set the backup path.... what am I doing wrong?
Why are no files being recreated?
