clrmame Discussion / How can i rebuild or merge the rom sets with clone sets in subfolders?

This rom is a merged zip file which was downloaded from Website recently.
And in the zip archive the clone sets are in the subfolders which named as the sets names.
I would like to know if clrmamepro can do the work like this way, is there any option to control this?
