clrmame Discussion / New to CLRMame - Help with editing a full set

I have a full set of .214 Mame using Rocketlauncher and Hyperspin. Everything works great. I have even paired down my hyperpsin xml to about 1200 games total. These are the only ones I plan on using for the foreseeable future.
Is there a way to edit my romset (roms and chd) so that the only thing left in it is what matches my hyperpsin xml? I don't care about keeping the other 40k+ files. I have backup if I need them. I can then resync my other HS files as needed.
I am brand new to clrmame so I'm sure this has been asked before but I'm not sure what to call it to search the forums.
Can anyone point me to the right place or does anyone have a procedure for this?
