clrmame Discussion / MAME's Software List ROMs

Hello.

Newbie question since I am learning about its added non-arcade systems like Apple 2, Commodore 64, etc. I noticed they used software libraries. I used to clrmamepro just for BIOS and ROMs. Do I have to do the same for MAME's Software List ROMs? If so, then for some reason clrmamepro isn't detecing them correctly like computers' BIOS. :/

For now, I will not import them since they seem to be buggy/inaccurate or something. FYI, I'm using a very old updated Windows XP Pro SP3 box with NTFS drives.

clrmame Discussion / Clrmamepro should let users do sub(folder/directorie)s in current ROMs folders.

I told my clrmamepro to look at all files deeply in I:\MAME in my very old, updated Windows XP Pro SP3 machine's HDD (NTFS partitions). I had a couple sub(directorie/folder)s in there. When I saved and let clrmamepro rescan, it didn't see them. I had to tell it each exact location to find them.

Hi!

Is it me or does the latest clrmamepro use PC speaker beep? I noticed when finish my MAME v0.145 ROM updates. I didn't even have my speakers turned on. This was in my old Windows XP Pro. SP3 machine with RealTek onboard audio.
