i kinda wish BP/coinops could be a regular thing at xtra's, you know just dicussing the emu, and making it better and having a few innocent laughs along the way. it's to bad that drama has to follow.
I wish all the clowns would leave BP and Coinops alone, who cares if he bags you out, maybe it's deserved, maybe it's not but why do you care so much? perhaps use your time for something constructive, BP manages to use his for something constructive, it's the Coinops we all love so much, if you don't like it, don't worry about it, move on.. go do something else. I asked weeks ago for him to leave out the flame war and stop reading posts from other sites yet he went on to not only read the shit that wasnt even on this site but post quotes from other sites to validate his new poll which would lock out any emulator he doesnt want on YOUR xbox .
To the guys who lost all their work in helping build Coinops 3 I say think about what he did to you . He was the one who nuked the whole Board over a few posts that another mod did in a joke to teach the guy some humility . You lost all your work because of one person , BP who couldnt help himself and had to a throw a tanty and now blames the xtras for his actions.
Please don't act innocent you where a posting about it on extras and worse had extras on your large sig and also said only silly things that didn't help......... now you act confused lol the norm if it was me in charge you would have been axed for the 3 things to stop the cancer
From what I've put together so far, Hornswoggle changed the text of a couple or maybe one of BPs posts as a joke. One of the posts in the forums quotes what he wrote. One of the two deleted all of the posts in the forum. Both claim to not have global deleted the files.
Simone, do you have a way of restoring all of those posts, like a backup or something? A lot of the other members had a good bit of work put into some of those topics including myself.

I and many others praised the xtras work and even have it on our xboxes
(never use the xport GUI but hey thats because its it coinops so I guess we do use it)
anyway the efforts put in by others not just BP have been ruined...
The forum was a casualty of the bickering between people who are concerned about their internet reputations. We happen to be within the cross-fire. Similar to scientists competing for the same achievement so they can win some sort of fame or reward.
So what if someone says something about another in a completely separate forum or for that matter their own forum? It's not like new people to the emulation scene are saying to themselves, "Wow! These guys who are all about drama must know what they are talking about! Let's join in and bash the other guy."
All of you most likely have a great deal of talent in at least some department, some of you perhaps in many. The end results of when you're working together could be quite a masterpiece.
Perhaps you guys don't care anymore and are bored, perhaps you don't realize or care that you may be alienating someone new who could offer a fresh idea or programming solution you haven't thought of yet. Unless you guys can work together and sort out your differences, you'll eventually slash each others throats to the point of a completely annihilated scene.
