The wiki itself doesn't show up in Google search results either.

I think Test Driver actually uses 16mm film, like Wild Gunman and the like.

Sorry for resurrecting this topic, but there's another Coke vending machine game called "Spell Coke," though I've never been able to find any info on it.

The article currently says that the hardware type is not confirmed and is either System 246 or System 256. I found some archived auction listings for several pieces of the game's hardware and, for what it's worth, they say it's System 256:

I suppose that would be nice. How do I get one?

I'm not sure if this counts, but it's technically a digital "amusement machine," so I'll give it a shot. It's yet another DisneyQuest attraction. An instructor guides visitors through the process of drawing a Disney character on a computer's touchscreen. Afterwards, the visitor may purchase a printout of their drawing. There are other attractions at various Disney parks with the same name, but the DisneyQuest one seems unique in its use of computers.

I'm not sure if this counts, but it's technically a digital "amusement machine," so I'll give it a shot. It's yet another DisneyQuest attraction. Players take a picture of their face and edit it to look cartoony. It was removed in 2005. Knowing Disney's track record for extinct attractions, it probably still exists, but it's rotting away somewhere (see Discovery Island and River Country for examples).

I'm not sure if this counts, but it's technically a digital "amusement machine," so I'll give it a shot. It's yet another DisneyQuest attraction. You pick a style of music, a title, and lyrics to make a song. You can then design a case and buy a personalized CD containing said song.

I stumbled across these on the wiki, and followed the link to Hardcore Gaming 101.

They are not arcade games. They are clearly labeled "IBM PC."

I'm not sure if this counts, but it's technically a digital "amusement machine," so I'll give it a shot. It's yet another DisneyQuest attraction. Players use a touchscreen to place animated stickers onto a background, sort of like SEGA's Art Alive! and Wacky Worlds Creativity Studio.

Another DisneyQuest attraction, based on the Disneyland ride Pirates of the Caribbean. It replaced Hercules in the Underworld. Up to five players (one steering the ship and up to four others using cannons) try to sink other ships.

I guess this is a vending machine for Pokémon Trading Card Game cards, and to earn the cards you play minigames.

Another DisneyQuest attraction, based on the former Magic Kingdom attraction ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter. One person pilots the ship, the rest shoot at aliens.

Another DisneyQuest attraction. Players "pilot" a pinball on a projected video screen by rocking their duck "cockpit" back and forth.

Yet another DisneyQuest attraction. Up to six players, wearing HMDs, fight villains with laser swords. There were two at DisneyQuest, one on the 4th floor called Ride the Comix 4 and another on the 5th floor called Ride the Comix 5, but they were apparently totally identical.
