This problem has suddenly occurred. Is there a solution?

But why do you insist on using this very old version of MAMEXT?  Use the latter official (0.241) or, if you want the one with UI, use the MAMEUI!

I don't like MAMEUI or MAME. :)
MAME Plus! XT  reinstalled and the problem was solved.
