Title: Support release date to set release date to created time and modified time

Hello,

I have many NDS and GBA rom files (US and EU version) on my Windows device and would like to set the release date for the rom files when release date is available. And then the release date sets the created time and modified time. It should automatically get the release date and then set it.

Example:

Animal Crossing: Wild World (US).nds 03/03/2021 00:00:00 (created time and modified time)

But I want for created time and modified time, the release date in this case is

Animal Crossing: Wild World (US).nds 12/05/2005 00:00:00 (created time and modified time)
