Title: [FEATURE REQUEST] warning for dats with excluded roms

Many time i excluded roms from SCANNER -> SET INFORMATION window
And many time i don't remember that i excluded some roms (and this is a problem when dats are updated)
can you add a warning (in scanner or profiler window) when the dat has excluded set?

well.....in this case the scanner/rebuilder/merger/settings window titlebars show a set count...e.g. 30/300 Sets etc....not a warning prompt...but actually an information that you're not scanning all files
