Amazing job ...again :)

Virtual screen not tested

Adv_WindowToFront = on (default) <-- set to off, cmpro work fine under circus have on my screen.

about profiler cash <-- \o/ , now have cmpro "lighting" edition :)
atm not see any bugs

Thanks for the feedback....surely the profiler optimization is only for such 10000 dats guys out there....but I start to like it ;)
