Title: How do you sort regions?

How do you sort regions? I would like to prefer USA, then other regions, even if the USA is the clone and not the parent.

select entry and use the up down arrow buttons right beside the import  utton to move it up. well at least I guess so :-)

I can doible check that in the new year.....
