Title: Possible bug with WinX
Post by: f205v on 11 August 2015, 14:02
Hi,
I just upgraded one of my PCs from Win7 to WinX and I get a small quirk:
Dragging files onto "rebuilt" window or onto "scan results" window does nothing. The rebuild process doesn't start.
Am I the only one experiencing this?
Thanks in advance for your help.

That's nothing new in the world of UAC folders (that's in since Windows Vista).
Drag'n drop does not work if you're not the owner of the folders...

Install cmpro to a non UAC folder. So you do not have to hassle about run-as-admin configs. And then drag'n drop should work flawlessly.

I'm on Windows 10 myself...and it works fine ;-) So do not use c:\program files or something to place you copy of cmpro...

OK, thank you very much.
I'll move clrmame to a different directory.
