Title: chd version check bug

My scenario is the following:
romset in merged mod
the roms subfolder "a51site4" contains 2 chds
a51site4.chd version 4
a51site4a.chd version 5
in the Settings I set my chd version to 4
Doing a scan there is no warning for a51site4a.chd version mismatch.
