Title: Can't launch ClrMamePro again after quitting first instance of ClrMamePro

Hello,

Most of the times, after using ClrMamePro (rom scanning, rebuilding) and quitting the whole application, i can't launch it again ("the program is already running" message).
But i can't see it in the task-list...

I am using Vista Home Premium 32, on a Packard Bell laptop.

yeah...Windows sometimes got a hickup about that. It will work again after some time (or a reboot)....if you don't want to wait, you can set Adv_AllowRestart = on in cmpro.ini
