Title: Mame 0.231 pc98_cd brandnew chd missing

I get this error:

Brandish Renewal [softwarelist: pc98_cd - folder: brandnew - size: 3mb]
missing chd: brandish (japan) (renewal).chd [chd-sha1: d804bc3ddb997443b0ba856bac3eb2d8d333a8a7]

But I have the CHD in the right place.

Well...you need to give some more information... like
- do you use the combined software list mode or a standalone pc98_cd datfile (prefered)
- how is the file stored on your hd (full path)
- how does your rompath / system default folders look like

You can of course use chdman to check if your file is really correct by comparing the hashes (that would be the first thing to check).

I solved by myself, I use combined mode, the rompath of pc98_cd set was disabled, once enabled that works.
The strange thing is that I got that error for only 4 chds of that set.

Check if you somehow excluded sets:

set information -> select all
systems -> all
Hash & CHD -> Available Regions -> all enabled
