Any ideas what causes this?  I have a 1TB C: drive, only 198GB used.

well...it does not access C but F.....

...and I think cmpro only reports this error if the system call to open a file for writing fails ...and in this case it simply reports back the error code....but I can have a look later at home

Ah - makes sense.  I recently move from F: to C:....will double check my settings.  I checked Profiler/Settings/Merger screens but don't see F: anywhere.

Yep - opened that in notepad and found a couple "F:" references that I changed and all is good now.  Thanks!
