Title: clrmamepro error reading Mess Hash files

Hi Roman

I've found that clrmamepro Bombs out reading Comments in MESS hash XML files.

This is the valid XML code that throws an exception

<!-- Serial: SNS-KX-USA --> <!-- Typo? The proper serial should be SNS-APPE-USA -->
If one move the second comment down it works

Can you send me the datfile in question? I've added double comments to common dats and it works flawlessly.....
