Title: Living Easels (1998, Disney)

I'm not sure if this counts, but it's technically a digital "amusement machine," so I'll give it a shot. It's yet another DisneyQuest attraction. Players use a touchscreen to place animated stickers onto a background, sort of like SEGA's Art Alive! and Wacky Worlds Creativity Studio.
