clrmame Discussion / Will this work

An obvious a noob question, sorry if it has been asked a million times.
I have a complete set of mame .128 roms.
I am half way downloading mame roms version .134
Now mame version .135 roms are out.
What a want to do is fill in the missing and partially downloaded roms from my .128 set and join the .135 torrent.
Can someone give me a couple of high level steps to complete and I will work out the rest. That way at least I will know that CLRMAMEPRO is the tool to use.
